Engraved tags are made just for you, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges. If there is a customer error, we will work with you on making it right with a discount on a new tag.
If our team made a mistake on your order, we will gladly replace it with the correct tag.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on dog collars and leashes within 60 days of purchasing. Item must be in new condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, please include a note with your return on what needs to be done (return for refund or what we are exchanging for) and send to our studio here:
