Will the Silent Tag fit my collar?

Here's a little more info on the sizes of our collar slides and what size collars they will fit: 

• X Small fits 1/2 - 3/8" collars 
• Small fits 1/2 - 5/8" collars
• Medium fits 3/4" collars
• Large fits 1" collars

The thickness of the fabric will also determine if a slide will fit. Some double layer canvas or double layer fabric is too thick, along with some leathers and thick Biothane. We will have our own line of Biothane collars soon!

Can I be an ambassador for Lucky Tags?

Yes! We love our ambassadors and are always looking for fresh paws to join the pack. Send us a message at hello@luckytags.com. We can create a custom coupon code to share with your followers.

Returns & Exchanges

Tags

Engraved tags are made just for you, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges. If there is a customer error, we will work with you on making it right with a discount on a new tag.

If our team made a mistake on your order, we will gladly replace it with the correct tag.

 

Collars and Leashes

Returns and exchanges are accepted on collars and leashes within 60 days of purchase. Item must be in new condition.

If there is a defect in your item please reach out to us, send any photos if needed.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, please include a note with your return on what needs to be done (return for refund or what we are exchanging for) and send to our studio here:

Cancellations

We start on orders right away, if you need to cancel your order please let us know within 12 hours of purchasing if possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time

All products are handmade in our Southern Utah studio, please allow 2-3 days for us to make your order before shipping.

Estimated Delivery times by the USPS

Standard: 3-5 business days

Priority: 2-4 business days

Express: 2-3 business days

A shipping notification with tracking will be sent to your email. Be sure to double check all address information at checkout. We cannot refund shipping upgrades if there is a USPS delay with your order.  

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lucky Tags is not responsible for delays or fees due to customs.

Delayed or lost packages

If your package has been lost in transit by the United States Postal Service, please contact us. They may have a delay, especially during peak holiday seasons. Our policy is to refund, or replace one time 14 days after the last scan for United States orders, 30 days after the last scan for international orders.
